宋献涛律师受邀为北京理工大学法学院研究生授课

3月26日、4月2日晚，乾成所宋献涛律师受邀为北京理工大学法学院研究生讲授专利国际保护和中国专利诉讼实务。宋律师精心准备了两堂课的英文授课材料，采用中英文混杂、中美制度对比的方式，为研究生们呈现了一场理论与实践深度结合的知识和案例盛宴。

在第一堂课中，宋献涛律师以“专利保护之国际视野(Patent protection from a global perspective)”为主题，从专利法的基本概念出发，以国际公约及公约背景下各国进一步开展的国际合作现实，结合中外典型案例诠释专利法原理和实践精髓，帮助同学们了解专利行政、司法国内外制度设计，带领同学们认识“专利法有国界，专利法原理无国界”的法理实质。

在第二堂课中，宋献涛律师以“中国专利侵权诉讼(Patent litigation practice in China)”为主题，结合丰富的办案经验和精湛的研究功底，围绕中国专利侵权诉讼制度、专利侵权判定、禁令制度及损害赔偿等方面展开讲授。

通过两次授课，宋律师不仅帮助研究生们加深了对中国知识产权实务的理解，同时也促进了同学们在不同司法视域下对知识产权保护问题的深入交流探讨，展现了乾成律师的国际化视野和精湛专业水准。

Steve Song invited to lecture on patent law and practice to graduate students of Beijing Institute of Technology Law School.

Recently, Mr. Steve Song, partner of Beijing QianCheng Law Firm, was invited to give a lecture on patent law and practice to students of Beijing Institute of Technology Law School. Steve prepared the English teaching materials for two classes, presenting students with a landscape of patent protection that combines both theory and practice.

In the first class, with the theme of "patent protection from a global perspective", starting from the basic concepts of patent system, and based on the reality of further international cooperation in the context of international treaties, and combined with typical cases at home and abroad, he explained the essence of patent law and practice, so as to help students understand the arrangement of domestic and international institutions of patent administration and justice, and the legal essence of "patent law has national boundaries, but patent law principle has no national boundaries."

In the second class, Steve themed on “Patent Infringement Litigation in China”, exhibiting rich experience in handling cases and superb research skills, covering China's patent infringement litigation system, determination of patent infringement, injunction and damages, etc.

Through two lectures, it not only deepens students’ understanding of China’s IP law and practice, but also promotes insightful exchanges and discussions on IP protection in different jurisdictions, demonstrating Chinese elite lawyers’ global vision and outstanding professional standards.
